When is the call?

Ok makes sense but if all this takes effect 1/1/25 then how does that affect the rest of us? Bc 60 days is 11/2
Yes, and that is a crucial point many people are not picking up on. It would be incredibly inequitable to give CCI a 90 day notice & everyone else 60 days which leads me to believe the overall displacement impact will be less than that of CCI.

All of the people who are retained at Lilly are effective 1/1 in their new positions. Those who are reallocated will go into the new year as well in reallocation status. There are 3 different reallocation dates based on when the division/corporate employee was told that their position was being eliminated. So some people will not finish up until the end of January.

Except CCI was notified nearly a month ago of a 1/1 separation, so that would be 90 days.
I believe they were notified 9/25 and the 90 days is the last working day before shut down if I am correct. So the 60 pending how they look at it would have been 10/25 if we were to start as one 1/1/25? Some could be working into January which make sense if there is a national meeting in February? Thoughts on this?
