June 1st? WTF? They usually pay it the 3rd Friday of the 2nd month in the quarter. Guess they are going to slowly sneak it back to the 3rd month in the quarter. Who cares about you getting your bonus, guess the execs want to catch some of that interest on our bonus money!
 






Why can't Shire be like a regular company and have a consistent bonus schedule. Every quarter we are up in the air about when bonus gets paid out. I'm not usually desperate for the money to come in but it's just irritating that it always changes. Every other sales job I have had has had a consistent rule...like last paycheck of the month, 2nd payroll of second month or whatever.
What's the deal, Shire checks current interest rates to decide if it's worth it to make the sales force wait 2 more weeks to get bonus? Just sayin....

Wonder if it's still going to be paid out tomorrow?? We usually get out bonus statement the Wednesday before payout but haven't got anything yet!

So are bonuses moving back to the 3rd month of the quarter? Watch and see if Q2 is paid out in July or August...my bet is August but please prove me wrong here!
