When is a factual claim considered unlawful?

A physician is faced with a choice to prescribe 1 of 3 products that are nearly identical (zymaxid, besivance, or vigamox). Insurance coverage, side effects, other costs, and efficacy are all identical. The physician is a paid speaker for besivance. As a result, he or she prescribes besivance exclusively. The frequency in which he or she prescribes besivance does not change. He or she only prescribes besivance for patients that truly need the product. Is this physician acting unethically and or unlawfully?
 












I see how it is. People at B+L want to cry about the CEO, whine about discrimination, complain about HR, make fun of Christina, but become tight lipped when it comes to B+L’s shit products and B+L’s contact lens litigation. All of a sudden, I hear crickets chirping. The truth is that you, personally, are just as much of an asshole for not addressing obvious compliance issues as Joe (Big Joe) or Christina. Furthermore, B+L is about as helpless as an unsuspecting deer walking across the highway with a semi-truck headed towards it going 80 mph. Okay, time for you to go back to crying and blaming others for being a loser.

There was material weakness report and investigation. Something happened in VT. The. compliance head got pushed out, demoted to doing dishes and the new chief of compliance is what christina brought in. Epic Fail. Our laptops have been scanned like 3 times. Fat joe cant raise a dime because of grease toad scott. Maybe we should put compliance under investigation again?
