Has anyone noticed the gradual shift in accountability from management to the field? We are tasked to death. Up4growth, emails, driver safety, tending to our customers need, constant emails.
The worst is when you work with a slacker and everyone knows she’s a slacker and seems to be ok with it. Because she has some bad asses working with her so she barely leaves her house and wins. Because it will get done. Competence is a curse here. You end up training them all thins about the iPad, Vehicle, set up printer, train how to use the iPad. Incompetence seems to be embraced. You just pass all that work to the team. On top of everything we’re supposed to do.
