When I called the lawyers, they said that it was still in the works, but it would be approx $200 for every month worked (backpay portion) and possibly another $150 per month worked if the claim was filed and approved....so if one was there the entire time and did put in a claim, I'm thinking it will be about $35,000 give or take.
