When are we getting information!?

Ok- when are they telling us when this is going down? What’s the severance? Is there severance? Are we even getting q1 bonuses? Please tell me they aren’t making the managers do the stupid calibration crap? I mean- what is the point?! Also, half of the managers are leaving to go to Biogen so they won’t even be here to calibrate us. Most of the managers in the west are gone or getting close, apparently some in the Midwest too. Not sure about east coast or south. Hope everyone finds something quick but a timeline and some details would be nice!

Calibration happened back in December before all this happened. Usually hr calls with rbd or vp. But who knows how they will do it at Sage. I have heard news will come mid April. So in next couple of weeks. Not sure how good severance will be. It might be the standard two weeks for every year of service.
