When are layoffs coming to the VBU??

Let us be honest folks. Vaccines is wayyy overdue for layoffs. Our numbers suck. FLL’s just find more and more ways to create silly busy work. Dust off that resume and get looking.
 


















Silent layoffs are already occurring. Real layoffs, like the ones about to occur in respiratory are not far behind. I recommend getting your resume in shape so that you can begin applying to other companies.
 






Very soon. There’s a reason why most of the best reps who aren’t locked in with tenure have already left the VBU recently. If you are decent at sales, the VBU is not a good place to be nowadays, very toxic.

the VBU had been the strength of the organization for years. Horrible R&D and leadership has lead to a point of no return. FLL's are stabbing excellent reps in the back. Within in a year the division will be walking Zoombings. have more than 3 years vested, get out, otherwise you will be walking a living Hell beyond your current living Hell.

I hope they give you a good package. VBU is definitely on the chopping block. It’s just a matter of time. It’ll either be layoffs or so many people would have already left for better work they won’t need to lay anyone off. The only people that will willingly stay on the VBU are toxic people or people close to retirement.
