It is a shame. Another great Rochester company will be split up and recycled. If the headquarters leaves Rochester chances are in a few years all of the jobs will be gone as well. We might all have to move south like are sons and daughters have.
 






Yes - Pharma is a dying industry in the US. Companies that are capable of running as is and keeping their employees working and supporting the economy profitably are bought up cut up for no other reason than to make a few insanely rich people a little more money.

Just because something can be done doesn't mean it should be done. Whats even more infuriating these mergers rarely net and shareholder value, its quite the opposite actually.
