WHC FSD - Northeast

I hope not Dr. Mark S. Then we'll never get any info or see him at a meeting. Useless.

You are so right. He is simply not a leader of people and quite frankly doesn't want to lead. He is a manager of situations and nothing more. He should stay where he currently spends 90% of his time - sat in front of his computer at his desk.

On his introductory conference called we repeatedly heard we will be HELD ACCOUNTABLE in 2014. Do you suspect they will hold themselves accountable for the non-existent training that is taking place.

Unless you have the one legacy "Clinical Specialist" who actually talks to you as a partner. I don't.

Now go out and SELL SELL SELL...We need a billion dollars or so.

My heart goes out to those retained, the BD role was quite frustrating. Bring in new business, but only get paid if they are on the mysterious "list". Good luck, but get out soon before the next round...

Unless you're the Legacy Clinical Sales Specialist that has a WHC SC that goes into accounts and talks about the business when they don't know the first thing about it.

Realizing CSs are not required or trained to train their SCs, what do you suppose is a solution. (Just throwing this out there) What if CS's were paid 100$ for each "training" case. Would they then return phone calls?
