You shouldn't of put all your eggs in one basket. Those money docs will run once another money drug comes out. You're exposed. But keep on blaming all your partners. If it wasn't for them you would be at Presidents club every year.
Maybe you need to stop whining and start working. Go to the mall on your own time. Gossip on your own time. This company pays great money. You should try earning your salary.
 






























HCC won't let me sponsor Holiday parties but Abbott and Amgen can. Plus I have a terrible academic and abs. If I had better ones I would won every year.

The academics ruin it for a lot of us. My accounts are out of this world but my academics aren't and my numbers are dragged down. If your academic does there job you don't even have to work and you will make the circle but they refuse to work and that is it.
 






What territory can go to PClub based on an ISA account? They can eliminated you fom the running but not put you there. It is a fact.
As for the ISA franchise remember that they are pushing all the portfolio nut just your franchise. I know that they are heavy Remicade his year only due to this is the last year of the push. Good points. The reality is that if you have an academic rep who does well and you don't then don't blame them because the real problem is you. The academic accounts in your territory that did well did so because the academic is good, but it you can't bring your community accounts up then that's your fault. Maybe you should ask your academic to come help you in those accounts.
 






At this point in time we should all be helping each other. We all work for the same company, share the common goal of our company's success. Would it hurt to help a team member? We need to change the culture from "who do I blame" to "how can I help". If we really want to win in the long run we need to change and do it quickly.

But it is their fault. I had my academic and abs make the trip but if they had done better in MY academic accounts I would of made the trip too. My academic doesn't really even work my shared accounts hard but made it because their other accounts did good. And that is so unfair. They should be made to have all their accounts doing well so it would be fair to the rest of us.

No, there are honest people who make their numbers the right way, and then there are violators who make the numbers on selling the spread, arranging payoffs between doctors, burying bad expenses and so on. But some of them are on the fast track to senior management and even their managers who teach them how to dos these things are totally protected from this. I know a couple of guys who reported gross HCC violations who are now being scrutinized from every angle, and even though they can't get them on expense report violations or other things like this they are building cases on them for things like not making the CPA or other minor issues. HCC and the Credo line when they get complaints, the first thing they do is contact HR to start building cases on the reporters. You will see big names fired because they made the choice to be honest. As my manager says, theres no place for them in the company.
