I wonder why everyone is so jumpy. Xtandi is in the tank. Oncology positions arent being filled. Xtandi has ruined the specialty position. Xtandi will not be part of the portfolio any longer.

Then the corporate culture is really abnormal. No diversity, and cronyism is at an all time high.
 






I agree with all the above posters comments. The crappiest part is the specialty sales force basically lost their entire summer training on that garbage. NSF in June, launch meeting July (thurs/ Fridays off in btwn for home study) Terrain launch August! It's super annoying and then no one makes goal and we lose 25% of bonus only to have in our bags for 9 months! Disgraceful. Shame on senior leadership for that
 






Xtandi is a top 10 grossing cancer product. How can Astellas ruin the goals like they have done. EVERYBODY SHOULD BE MAKING MONEY OF THIS PRODUCT! Not just the executives and greedy Japanese.

it was rediculous... walt had to come on the call to apologize for the concern as the person who sent the invite sent it on Friday afternoon before at 4:00 so people were upset about that and the vague/oddly worded call titled ''market dynamics update'. Apparently people were complaining about it and it got back to senior leadership.
The long and the short was the call was all aboht xtandi support solutions and how we cannot call them anymore. Complete waste of time and worry.
