North East manager....not impressed. Looked him up on linked in......how did he get the job is what came to my mind. Seriously, barely any leadership experience building teams. Looks like he's been carrying the bag for the last few years.
 


















I was so excited about this job, until after the final interview I realized the opportunity is crumbling so quick. The 4 other candidates I spoke to at the interview were all currently employed and not one said they felt comfortable to make the move. The offers are not as strong as initially promised, actually they are so far off I feel I wasted my time and money going to the event last week.

did anyone actually get an offer?
 
























I agree. Lots of companies are going this route. The problem here is that if you are going to take a pay cut to come here for the options, It would only cost you a little more than 15 grand to actually buy the 5000 shares they are offering. probably not worth it unless your current salary works within their guidelines which apparently is capped at 110,000. mine doesn't.
