AL and EB are y'all serious? Who will make money this qtr besides the newbies with 0 experience? Is this the new direction of the company? Less pay and non-competes - please explain!!! EB whats going on here?
 




Over half the sales force maxed out the comp plan at $60k last quarter. Go work for Allergan and make $12,500 per quarter if you are lucky. This is an elite sales force and are paid to hit crazy goals. You may be better off working at Starbucks so you can drink your lattes all day long and make minimum wage.

How does this company get away with not paying out commission? A small percentage are making commission. The rest keep bringing in huge money and not getting paid. It’s a crime. You can make more in skincare and rx sales with less hassle.

The biggest check of my career was paid today. You’re a troll or not performing.
This place pays for performance. Skin care? RX? Are you kidding me?
I couldn’t be happier here. You should leave and make room for someone else.
