Whats up with the recent turnonver in Kentucky?

I have been following intuitive for a long time and wondering why in the last 4 months there has been some significant turnover in the reps? I've thought about working for intuitive for a while but this is concerning...

It's not just Kentucky. Every region in the US has a mass exodus. Oh, wait we are "expanding".
 












Well the clinical manager in Kentucky is Crystal Massey. She is by far one of the worst managers that the company employs. She prematurely inherited the position after the previous manager quit and she was clearly not ready. Not only does she micromanage her reps but she is a "know it all" yet has no idea how to do the clinical role to begin with. Long story short. Thats why I'm not shocked about the turnover in Kentucky. God-bless anyone who fills those positions. They don't know what their signing up for with her.

I have no horse in this race. Just curious. But could you be more specific? You say "sour grapes", others claim mass exodus. Which is it? Can you name names? Or put initials out there? I'm a device rep for another company and I was thinking about looking into ISI. However, the OR nurses have told me their rep has changed 4 times in 2 years. Seems a bit drastic to me. None were promoted. They all moved on or out.
 






Unfortunately, you can't really trust anything posted on cafepharma, as it's a completely anonymous message board. As far as your situation goes, it doesn't really hurt to apply for a position and get a feel for the company to see if it's a correct fit.
