everybody got 2 months. If you didn't get 2 months (and you did) then gottalk to the department of labor and file a warn act complaint. Then you'll get your 2 months.

Not everyone got 2 months. Min was one month....they got around the WARN ACT because they said that the field sales reps that were let go were in different locations/territories. (Not 50 plus employees from the same location/territory.) If you took your severance then you waived the right to sue. That is how they got around it.

Anyone have an attorney review the release agreement?
I was only offered 1 month severance. Is everyone entitled to a minimum of2?
Please advise.
