just want to confirm .... my quota was adjusted to reflect a 30% reduction....is that consistent with what others have experienced? I am not complaining - I am actually very happy that the company is doing the right thing. I just want to make sure that I am not getting short changed.

wound does the same thing every year, or at least for the past 10. They hand out impossible quotas, except for a few that are having a once in a lifetime year. They then realize the disgruntlement amongst the masses. They then do you a favor and adjust quota 20 to 30 percent to make you feel like they are listening to you. Ha, that's similar to how Frenchie last year promised a trip to the UK for whoever sold the most pico. Then never delivered. Gotta love baguettes.

If reductions are the norm, then either sales can't sell or finance can't forecast, or both.
