We're telling the street we didn't hit our numbers last quarter. We then tell them there's no way we can hit $350 to $400 this year, or then again we don't tell them. The street is smart. They'll figure it out whether we tell them or not.
So why all the conference calls? There's only one of two reasons. We're trying to oversell or spin the results to keep morale up or we're announcing layoffs because we can't support the overhead with projected sales. I'd bet on the latter.
