What's the Otezla message?

Used to be, I knew it. Safe, Simple, Effective. I built stories off of this simplicity based on the doc and the situation. It worked.

Now, I have a least a dozen patient types, target types, segment types and an equal number of messages. Not really sure I know when to use which.

Can we just get back to delivering a concise, realistic message about where we work, who to consider it in, some things to keep an eye out for and stop all the other nonsense?

So a doc enters room and patient has PSO and has failed topicals x3, MTX, light box and Skyrizi, Taltz, Humira, Tremfya, and Otezla are all equal now for the next RX.

Well, we may not even be there because we are down the hall calling on the MOHS surgeon because that's what ZS told Tiff to have us do.

Fact is, we do need a simple, compelling message for that doc. But we don't.

Now, get back in your huddle room. It may be almost 70 with clear sky here in Ventura county, but you have vendors to manage, TEAMS messages to respond to, and Emojis to use. Get back in there, cuck.

I've been buried with cube work all week, not to mention endless meetings in B38 with ZS. Hey delivery boy rep, you look at our job posts lately? Many jobs going to our India site. Come 1q, reps will be replaced by our call center in Hyderabad. I suggest you start looking for work at Uber eats. It's over for you sloths! Us cubies laugh when we track your Geotab device, most work 4 hours per day, mainly sitting in your car on your phone. With or without a message most Dr.'s are going to go to Otezla before a IL-17, IL-22 or TNF. The Dr.'s that don't do that aren't prescribing Otezla either way because they feel it doesn't really work and just go right to a "big gun" that they know is going to work. Otezla has been and always will be a bridge therapy to the biologics that really work. Facts.

All I know is that in 2 months I took 99% of your Enbrel volume. Go look at the facts. From October to the end of November 2014 I took almost every single new Enbrel script in the territory. It was like stealing from a baby. By Christmas, you had nothing. Of course your reps were busy scheming calibration celebrations while I was pillaging your volume.

Now, fast forward a decade and I am still stealing from you. I work 11-1 three days a week and before I quit each Wednesday, I make sure my execution numbers look perfect. Meanwhile, I've been pulling in $300k a year selling real estate. Combined with my $250k here, unlimited TOT, company car, and other benefits, not a bad gig for 6 hours a week. The 401k match is ok. Just wish the medical was better. One of the worst, most expensive plans in the industry.
 






The entire systemics market space is shifting to "complete coverage" of Psoriatic Disease, focusing on PSA as part of PSO and yet the Amgen Hive of marketing and sales ED shufflers remains consistently against mentioning it with Otezla.

That happens when you have the same cohort of TO mafia bouncing around from brand to brand, never developing any expertise on any.

Let this sink in: If you haven't been promoted above ED after 18 months, you are NEVER getting above it.
