What's the draw?

What's so exciting about the Lilly area of these boards?
Most of the time there are more "Viewing" the Lilly board than there are any other company.

Surely other companies have or are going through layoffs and continual reorganization? So, what makes the Lilly section so popular?

Maybe it's the information war that has been talked about for so long finally coming true. You hear what the corporation Lilly says, well here are people that worked and work there, having their say. Kind of funny how much crap Lilly sold as truth and looking on here there is a lot of crap to go over. Look at the mismanagement, theft, crime, etc. that is talked about on here. Some of it has too be true.

Ya- usually stuff on here is not accurate but that previous post about that NY manager getting canned sure came true- what happened with that?

Morale is low - there is no dignity in pharma.
CP is a vessel to anonymously bash others & create rumors.
It's like gawking while driving by an accident.

Other companies have business models that make their employees very marketable. Lilly is landlocked, geographically, culturally, medically, scientifically. So, we worry more.

I always come to this board prior to making billion dollar purchasing decisions, like "should we buy more Lilly stock, based upon their pipeline hype?"
