Looks like a company that is going to fold in about 3 years or is this technology really that good?
Dam, wish I never took this gig.

3 years? The doors at home office will close in December. Iroko knows the technology is a sales pitch. That's why Zorvolex wasn't compared to Diclofenac. Less drug equals less efficacy and 20% lower dosing wouldn't drastically impact side effects. Home office knows this and that's why they chose Celecoxib to compare it to. Any good doctor knows this and that's why sales are low.Looks like a company that is going to fold in about 3 years or is this technology really that good?

Selling this snake oil sucks ass. The data on the technology is solid enough, but the fact is without comparative data it is not enough to justify managed care control over generic choices. This quarter we are offering zero copayment for commercial. But no one is really making much bonus and salary is shit. Better than being unemployed. Not much though. Management across Sales is now on heat seat by capital investor signees who want to show a return. It won't happen beyond a flush-
Dam.
Just go out and don't think too much when you sell this pig. That is my attitude at this point.
Yeah, you right. But you lose your professional credibility at some point
DESPERATION! This is a sh.. show and we are the toilet paper. But they did it the Glaxo way! SEE YA IROKO, it's been............HELL!
At least we will all be well schooled at conference call etiquette. 3-5 a week. OA training just announced: webcast for 3 days straight days with Subway sandwiches delivered to you for a working lunch! Zorvolex vs. Placebo in the study! We are on our way! (To unemployment)
AND MANAGERS, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE TALK TO US LIKE WE ARE ADULTS AND PROFESSIONALS AND STOP SUGAR COATING AND PROTECTING THESE LIARS IN HOME OFFICE!! The two zillion different directions this company has gone in the last 2 months is a clear indication they are clueless and cheats. Thankfully the Iroko tree is strong and sturdy because we will all be hanging from it soon.
Very surprised more haven't jumped ship. Seems like most are waiting for that 1-2 year period to end, so they can make a reasonable justification to switch companies.
It also really cracks me up that these managers think they can motivate with micromanagement. Empower your people and let them go. That is what the great companies do. But, wait, in pharma. there are no great companies. Just terrible companies that pay well.
You could hire the best 300 reps in the world and they would struggle selling this pig.
Its good to just stay patient with it all. The new drug should be up by the end of next year. It is never a good idea to panic!
