Apparently this whole layoff was just a hoax in order to get rid of a few bad apples.

How the #1 UT rep in 2015 can be considered a 'bad apple' leaves me even more skeptical about the leaders that are making these decisions.

Interesting that someone at a VP level would spill the confidential info that someone at that level is expected to keep confidential. A "Donald".

How the #1 UT rep in 2015 can be considered a 'bad apple' leaves me even more skeptical about the leaders that are making these decisions.

Replacing true top performers with people who are fake or clueless performers. I heard it was pretty obvious during the training calls and POA. Wow. Smart move JW and MB. Looks like the real bad apples are leading now. UT will need to hope for miracles. MR will soon learn she made a huge mistake with her leadership choices and the few good employees who are still at UT will pay the price again. Get out while you can. You will learn there are better paying jobs with better benefits and better leaders. Just ask the people who were let go or left. Very disappointed to see what UT has become and what senior management has done to the people they called the cream of the crop. Hogwash. They don't care about you. Only the millions they keep for themselves at the top and don't share with the true hard workers at the bottom. What kind of company does that? Get out.
