I can tell you what LabCrap is going to do. You will be absorbed into their crappy comp. plan. They are relying on the bad economy and you will be underpaid. More than likely, they will allow KAE's, SME's and Specialty Reps to sell your tests. That way they can eliminate the I.G. reps and pressure the LabCorp reps to sell.

Every lab we have bought has had the exact same pattern.

Don't hang around and say well this person told me what would happen.
 









It's business! Get over it and compete for your job! Buy out, mergers, etc happen all the time! Isn't that how people make money!?!?!! We have to make the best of it and realize what the aspects of ours relationship mean. Do we want to do what we do or say f' the company that bought us. I'd like to say let me do what I do and if I lose my job... I deserve my pension at least! It's just the right thing to do! But... If I choose to f' over the company I've worked for by leaving the company they have chose to buy us... Well, you then deserve your fate!

I agree. This has to be a butt kissing manager. I have won more Gem Clubs than you will ever dream about jerk. Thank God I am out of this hell hole! The first thing I did was to throw all 7 plaques in the trash can. This company will all of the evil will eventually get it's due. I can't wait.

Nope got my butt out a while back, You should get a real sales job and do something meaningful with you life. If your worth a shit you should be able to move on. You are wasting your life on this place... And I did throw a few back big time the day I left that miserable shit hole you have to go to everyday...It is fun to look back at this board and realize, I don't have do that or work with that anymore.

true that, yo! also got out and love to look back and laugh at the misery. anyone worth two hoots wouldn't have to stick around and deal with the bs they keep forcing on you. sadly, move on and nobody cares. some other schlub will fill your shoes and the cycle keeps repeating itself.
 



I warned all of you about this coming insanity. Why didn't you listen? It will get much worse too. I promise.
