Whats it like to work for the CET Div?

Any feedback on this div? Heard they cut some managers and reps? Are they stable? Products? Pay??

Mark Donovan who runs division is a great guy!!!! Division is turning around, growing and making money!!!

CET Div was purchased for 50 million dollars from Bard and is now doing 30 million dollars. You do the math. Turning it around? Are you serious? Mark D was put in charge of this div only because he is a cousin of the founder and CEO.

The reality is that this div could of been folded into any of the other divisions of Conmed to make good business sense. Why it's still a separate entity is anyone's guess?
