It all depends on what contract you work on and who the RBD is. The Allergan Botox contract is great. The current Prestium contract requires 16 signatures a day.. yes, 16... Other contracts mandate 8am-6pm sales calls / veeva entries. Clearly this company does not have as many contracts as it used to. They are fighting for business. With that being said, they are selling slave labor to secure their contracts.. Many of the contracts are metric based so the RBDs can look like super stars having a sales team under them that punches in 20 calls a day.. Some gigs are great here and do lead to roll over. Some are not.. Buyer beware - make sure you know what you are getting into..
