What's going on at AAI St. Louis?

That's been clear for years. You think you have all the answers but refuse to enter into sincere dialog working together so we all win. Now it is time for a new book with a winning strategy where we all are working together focused on patients needs.

Now that is some MBA BS "working together so we all win"....what a load of crap....there is an old saying: "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me".

What you meant to say was "Can't you work a lot harder for free? I will promise you things in return for your efforts and in return you will get nothing and I will get wealthy."

Trust me just like you trusted Fred, Bill, Rick, VJ, David, Lee, Fran, Phil, Pat......

You might want to read the following article: http://www.shape.com/blogs/shape-your-life/how-cynicism-hurts-your-brain. I am truly sorry you've been hurt by prior leadership teams and understand your hesitancy. Does that mean all leaders are selfish and want to screw or take advantage of their associates? Does it likewise mean all non-leadership employees are critical, lazy or change adverse. Generalization are always wrong. Wouldn't the better approach be giving each other the benefit of the doubt and trying to find common ground?

I wish you well and much success.
