What would Novartis do if all field employees went on strike?

All would be on indefinite suspension and then Novartis would cherry pick who (if anyone) they would want back. Novartis would sure save a lot on severance payments, as they could fire for cause.

Look through that stack of resumes for replacements they can hire for 20% less than the field reps they fired for going on strike.

When we went through this last year, several huge docs banned Novartis for months due to one of their favorite reps being cut. New reps would require product training, at home study, etc. It would be 3-5 months to get a new field force up to speed, not to mention the lack of relationships. We might have more power than you think! ; )

Are you living on some far off planet - Employment At Will - they would probably fire everyone - doesn't take too may brains to wonder that - what a baffoon! Go to work and do your job there are thousands who are standing in line tha would love to take your place!

Hey Fromundacheesehead- This is supposed to be a "what if" fun post. If you want reality, what the heck are you doing on this site?
