We all know that Gen Meds is going to be a mess come layoff time but what are they planning to do with the Fanapt people? The drug is a dog has not hit goal, how long will they keep that division in place?

I am sure N. science will be hit the same time Gen. meds is hit with layoffs.

N/P has only 295 positions that includes reps, FLMs and upper mgmt. they are running lean as it is. A drop in the bucket. I think that they will have another year. Fanapt is just a place holder for new drugs coming. They may take some of the displaced reps and expand slightly. Fanapt is not making money and never will without more indications, but any disruption will in effect kill it . They know that. The current configuration is showing growth. They are giving it time to see if it will continue. GM has nothing coming and will take the hit. Sorry to say.

It hasn't happend yet. There will be 80 total

'new drugs coming' - there is nothing new, dude. NS R&D was axed.

That's right. The pipeline has nothing in the near future. Neuropsych won't get a new product launch for several years. The current size cannot be supported.
