I understand that the captain of the Carolina's ship has chosen to "step down". Not by choice I'm sure. With that being the case, what will the little man Eddie do? He only can exist by being up the butt of management. He has never has an independent thought and can only function when following the "company line". I think the real question is what if they get a real RD in the Carolina's. Wow, it would be like seeing cock roaches scramble.

Such a shame that Tommy J couldn't figure it out. When I first met him I liked him...but then he got evil and turned the Carolina Region into a bloody warzone. His witchhunt crushed confident salespeople like bugs on a windshield and demotivated everyone. Good luck to his replacement having to clean up that mess! First things first, get all the reps and DMs counseling for their crushed self esteem!
