like we don’t have enough to worry about with covid, schools reopening, etc.

Ive been here for ten years and each year we sink lower and lower in regards to our culture. We are basically now reduced to overpaid contract workers simply waiting with baited breath each fall to see if we are deemed necessary. No way to raise a family or plan for much...just a way to collect a check until they decide our fate. Its sad to see us fall this far but it is what it is and we get what we deserve for putting up with it.
 








Well....if you are making ANY EFFORT more than the bare minimum- you are being foolish.

They stole 50% of your bonus (or more! If you were over 100% to goal - they stole MORE THAN 50%)....then announce layoffs - with no parameters or information or scale or ANYTHING...and now they want you to go give it a Grade-A effort. Give me a break

Rumor has it ACLs will find out next week about their positions? Only can guess that each week or so, the onion will be peeled back, and more decisions will be made, discussions had, preparing for the the Novo bomb to drop--the calculated approach to do it the Novo Way. Last time we went thru this it was so hush-hush no one really knew until 24 hours before--speaking at least from the standpoint of our DBM--she only got the names the day before. Will history repeat itself? One never knows.
