Seems on paper to have a great track record, leaves Genetech to come over to a c- player like Otsuka. There has to be some bagge somewhere. Please help, we have been through 1 disaster after another and I need to know if I should get out now.

You are lucky to get him! He wanted to get out of the BS relo package Genentech set him up with, and they wouldn't promote him without more marketing experience. It's a win-win!
