what to expect--new to Ethicon

Without giving too much away I was hired in late 2012. I'm just now getting out in the field. I would love to hear from the senior reps that have been hear 5 plus years. What should I focus on in the 1st year? Year 1-2? Beyond 3 years?

My manager is stressing 2-3 cases a day. Is this normal?

They get rid of you before you get vested, before 5 years. So you will have better luck getting answers from people who have been around less than that!
