I'm a CNS rep for Cephalon and am wondering what it's like to work for Teva. Also, what can we expect for salary and bonuses? I heard the neuro reps do well but please clarify. Thanks for your honest input.

If you re a good deceitful liar and care nothing about ethics or a patients well being then you've found a home show me the money. Bottom line neuro is great if you re an unethical scumbag and believe it or not this is honest input.

Not a problem, the majority of Ceph reps will fit right in. Of course, what they are best at is attacking management when they can't get the job done.

The honest answer is as follows:

The poster above spewing hatred is most likely a Biogen Rep that can't hold a candle to the superior, ethical , most respected in Neurology Teva Neuro Reps.

Many recent changes have been taking place at Teva with most of them poor moves by management. Hiring less experienced cheaper sales reps is beginning to hurt the company. There is no true leadership in Field Sales at management level, director level, and recent departure of VP. We are going to big brother tablets to track rep activities and of course location. The focus now is on the stock holders and no longer the employees. ( recently changed from associates to employees) . Sales reports are a total joke and everyone in the field knows it. So that's the answer to your question.....Teva used yo be a great place to work just 5 years ago and now is no different than any other big pharma company that could care less about their employees. Good luck in the retention and the management "draw"....it's a crap shoot with most of them "yes" men and women. No leadership and current leadership is insecure with talented people.

Left CNS and had not been with Teva, but know that frinds of mine there are begging for an opportunity elsewhere. I once aspired to follow my colleagues and mentors there, but video recorded roleplays and the like is not good. That is not premier in any book. That is classic big pharma! It is all relevant as you know. Beats many or no job.

Run as fast as you can and don't look back!!

The entire company is like a big serority. Everyone talks behind each others back and about each other. Managers are incompetent..

Well said! I couldn't agree with you more!!!

real up and up top notch reps fro ceph........you should fit right in with the unethical teva

like the rep in va who has a lawn service who brings his kids into offices asking for rx and $$$$ r e a l e t h i c a l and top notch ...you are what you are .....more bottom feeders as the generic giants take a greater hold of the branded pharma......get out

Larry use to be able to say "it where the best people choose to work" now it is just a greedy big phram that expect more and give back less.

Sorry you miss it great company it was.

Expect to be treated like a baby. The best people don't work here..The best people already left to work with other companies.

Just like the other post said. Very much a soriority/fraternity feel to the company. Any great rep that Teva hired has already left years ago.
