Will anyone be willing to sell it? What can they offer? can they pay $20K/patient and still make any money? That would be maybe $20M in revenue for the company selling in the first year and the usual low single digit growth until the market saturates like it has in the US. Do big pharmas sneeze for $20M/yr then peaking at maybe $80M before declining?

What would trying to do it alone cost over the next year, I'd guess at least $100M. So, they can't think about doing that unless they want to bankrupt the company.

The end of the earnings call you could hear the resignation in Johnson's voice when EU was brought up. He said something to the effect of having enough to do here in the US but you could completely hear resignation in his voice about the company overall.

What is going to happen when criminals sign their deals? Some will have to resign because they can no longer work for a public company and others will have to resign to go to prison. Even though that will be good for the company, how would that not sink the stock in the short run? That is why you're supposed to clean up criminals long before they are charged.

Selling in the EU will drive cash down below what is needed to be an ongoing concern.

The massive writedowns, selling in the EU, etc, all seem like what the company should do, but all will hasten bankruptcy as the timing has been exquisite to accomplish that.

Simply manufacturing material in the US for export to the EU won't be that simple. The US plants will need to be requalified/revalidated according to EMEA standards. All process validation wil need to be redone and all steps through qual lots/stability will need to be repeated. Then there's the EMEA filings. Easily over a year to complete. DNDN doesn't have that long nor can they afford to tie up capital. And don't forget the extremely short shelf life vis a vis Europe and the idea of manufacturing here for use in the EU is a complete non starter

I think they will go for it. They can say they are building the biz when the real goal is to get to liquidation by year end.

The BoD doesn't have shareholders, they want the thing closed with enough cash to (nearly) pay the bondholders out of the liquidation.

There was such enormous potential before it got overrun by criminals who pumped and dumped.

Agree. What I don't understand is how the ringleader Mitch Gold is still on the BoD.

The CoB while the crimes were taking place and who ignored Mr. Loncar's warnings was still on the BoD up until his death a few days ago.

I have no idea how they are allowed to remain and have their legal fees paid by the shareholders. It just does not make any sense.
