It's such a screwed up dynamic. The RD tells their managers what to say, how to act, how to score their reps, basically how to take a crap and wipe their asses. Then they ask them to rank their reps. Well gee, let's see, the top rep is going to be the one who best "parrots" their manager who has already bent over for their boss. The one who copies their ridiculous language and leaves BS success stories that say things like waxes and wanes and PVR, are you kidding me? Do you think the docs don't understand this shit? Teach them some more Einsteins.  I guess we should all be smart enough to just copy everything they do, laugh at their jokes, tell them what great leaders they are, ....oh wait, no thanks, I have a brain...and integrity.
