Answer: Absolutely NOT!....Kedrion is a pathetic disorganized company to work for. Both centers that were sold are having SEVERE problems in operations and quality. The conversions were extremely disorganized to the point employees quit and the level of communication is horrible. There is no bonus structure of any sort whatsoever, and you pay more for health insurance coverage. They have an extremley loose DCOP (SOP) example... they DO NOT require any proof of SSN on the first visit and someone can just verbally state their address without proof. There is one VP of Operations to handle all 8 centers (and there are only 8 in the entire Unites States) and you can never get her to give you a straight answer plus she is a mean evil little controlling bitch that does not give you the freedom to run the center as management should. Quality is the same way with one woman controlling all 8 centers. They completely went against TPR SOP's during the conversion even though they were obligated to follow them for a 90 period...case in point not all reactive units were destroyed to waste according to TPR SOP but ratrher put on hold. Simply put you can talk to ANY...and I do mean ANY employee that went through the conversion and still works for this company they will tell you enjoy TPR/Grifols. You at least have structure and multiple lines of people to get answers from. Lastly not to mention they just changed their name for the 3rd time in one year they are now KedPlasma LLC...What kind of name is that?
