What product does the CV SPEC5 force sell in the hospital?









Does anyone know what product one would be selling if they were hired as a CV Spec5 Representative calling on hospitals?

This ? Is asked over and again. The fact that Az posts outside jobs and describes them with nonsensical terms despite about a 1000 complaints should tell you something. Drugs are Brilinta and Crestor. If you are a 5 that means that you will be the 5 person calling on the same account with the same drug. Most territories have 10 accounts and 50 -80 doctors. You will also have a nurse or 2 plus an outside company rep. You will compete with your team for doctor access.
 








Define "sell?" LMAO!!! Yeah, read above. Have fun sharing 80 targets with 20 located in one office with 5 other people all with a call metric requirement that can only be hit if you lie and at least drive by once every three days. Fuck me. AZ is a joke.

Someone will sevelop a stupid tracker in excel and your manager will rave about. 2.someone on the team will decide it's time to get promoted and do so etching really worthwhile for the team...like "how to host a teleconference". Then they will actually host one and be able to out that as a district wide accomplishment. It's amazing.

You really hit a chord there.

This is exactly what happens at AZ, so much emphasis on personal development, so that a manager has something to crow about when teleconferencing with other managers and the CBD, or reps doing the DSM's job so they can perform all the silly ride alongs and have less workload. One team member did so much of our managers job I called him boss.

Is this what the main focus of SALES reps should be?
