For Pete's sake, they cannot run the one they have. Why bring more pain into the world by acquiring another company that is currently staffed by real people that have real jobs. Is acquiring and shuttering companies the only trick they have left?

Merck has a dwindling product portfolio, poor pipeline prospects and lots of cash. They will buy another company and fire all of its employees, along with most of its own. They are and have been looking to acquire efficiencies to overpower the revenue cliff that awaits us us.

A vaccines company will be" joined" with Merck Vaccines.". There will be a realignment of the PSAE in to the regions planned for 4Q13....but it is all good....
