The sales force can and do make a SIGNIFICANT difference to the bottom line. Ask yourself some checking questions:
Do we put the physician/rep relationship at the top when making critical decisions?
Do we value our sales force and does the sales force have the perception that we value them?

There is a constant flow of troll comments on Cafe Pharma. Whether some disgruntled BI HQ type, or some CP administrator, their comments are consistantly shallow and lack knowledge about field sales. It's easy to spot them by the pattern of their verbiage.
