What option does new CEO have ?

c) continue as is with old products, eroding ASPs, rising costs , shrinking OI, low morale, miserly bonus' and salarys

For the benefit of some divisions, sellling them off would be better than selling us whole. Either way, who would even be viable options?

The other option is to reduce drastically the footprint and service baxter provide… exit market where we have no chances… stop working with low margin customers… really look at the cost of selling and not just sell so the sales people make their targets… make the company leaner and more efficient, simplify the pyramid and slash the number of high salary/walk the dog type of role…
Despite all he said joe did f^$*+ nothing… in fact he exited a huge number of valuable people and forged a yes-man type of culture…
