What % of reps will make the Q2 goal?



















In my BHBU we have the top 11 listed from RSD and we only have about 6-8 of those reps making over 150? Really a away to motivate reps, work there asses to the bone and pay them shit for it..
 










































Nothing personal guys and gals but I work for a medical device company where we actually speak to physicians like they are normal people. We do not do "pharma talk", and we actually close for the business. I think that my team of seasoned reps could sell 200 syringes.

It tells me that 65% have more work to do.

Some of the "remaining" 65% don't have KOL's or docs involved in the studies writing Prolia like it's water! I know several reps who sold more than 150+ reps who have a doc or two cranking Prolia out yet the reps can't even see the doc(s) writing the product. So are they a better sales person than me or other people who maybe fell short of the 150? Hell no, they aren't. They just got lucky,plain and simple.
 






























Sounds to me like the comp plan needs to definitely be revisited! More and more people are going to leave this place, it's the worse. Even if you hit your numbers, they make hitting the next goal almost impossible with this comp plan! WTF!!
