Wow, I feel kinda bad. My old useless manager has been demoted. I have a new manager that actually knows how to manage employees. I dont know what to argue about anymore!!!
Except for my old manager actually has to work now a days. I heard the other day him talking about how it sucks not getting to see everyone on his call panel. He wants to know how reps get back to see the doctors when he cant. (and probably never will)
I will give you a hint... It is called a relationship with the doctors. You know, the things all those old reps of yours had before you ran them off. Maybe if you would have kept them around, they could have given you pointers on how to be successful.
