The only thing that matters is whether people are allowed to keep their jobs. Since B+L is not planning on laying off anyone or reorganizing in the next two years everything is find for everyone.

Two years of pretending you are accomplishing your goals until the company goes IPO or is sold. You are right. Nothing else matters in this company as in two years the management will be different.
