I've been trying to figure out why Randy gave FF a big bump in base pay to keep her from leaving Cadence. I mean she's not in the top 10 or even the top 20 in sales. I mean I'm ranked a lot higher than her, and nobody has given me a raise. What makes her so special???

Then I saw on her professional profile on linked in that she was homecoming queen in New Mexico. Wow! Ok, now I get it.

Way to make the rest of the sales force resent the crap out of you, Randy!

You worry about the wrong things in life. If you don't like whats going on, leave. Can't find another opportunity? You stink. There are sales jobs everywhere. None of us on the east coast even know who you are talking about.

I am not the op, but there are not sales jobs everywhere. It is pathetic you would post that. Good jobs are hard to find and many of us left great jobs to come to this hell pit. Taking this job has been the worst decision that I ever made and believe that most of the reps agree.

Absolutely correct. The great thing is the empathy recruiters and potential employers have for our situation. They know the reps aren't responsible for this train wreck and understand our desire to leave after 15 months.

Why are you assuming that comment was from the original poster? FYI, I am not going to take any crap job and want to make careful decisions regarding my next job. Good for you that you interviewed with 2 companies in January. Hopefully one of themwill pan out and you are not here like the rest of us.

It is funny that you say this. I am not with Cadence, but I know that you are not thought of highly amongst other companies. This is because of the past many of you have as well as the fact that very few have left as of now. The information on sales is very deceiving, you can not continue to operate and pay salaries, keep investors happy with these type of numbers.
It is not the reps fault, it is the drug. The reps made a mistake coming over, the ones who have left saw the writing on the wall.

I think he is looking to put her in charge of that division if this boat continues to float. That is the rumor i have heard. Also she has her own room in SD and the "compensation" to retain her will be out in SD. If someone sees her ask her how much she got?
Any of us plus 20 above her deserve the same and we did not play a game with you RSL.

Regarding FF, I know for a fact that this person has not gotten a raise or stock options. I believe there will be an award for stock options at the NSM. It is disheartening to think that people actually believe this crap you are postin, and perpetuate it among each other...and you have the time to do it!
