What is wrong with this company?

Take a long look in the mirror,
Look at yourself
But don't you look too close
'Cause you just might see
The person that you hate the most
Lord, what's happening
To this human race?
I can't even see
One friendly face
Brothers fight brothers
And sisters wink their eyes
While silver tongues
Bear fruits of poison lies

Wishful thinking. This place blows.
Probably wishful thinking… but its just hard to believe that management was literally handed a company with a good product, which is 99% of the work in pharma, and somehow managed to do the impossible by screwing it up. This will be studied in business schools for decades if it doesnt get legs

The problem starts at the top. Terrie is a joke, a drunk and a moron and the rest of the NJ and Chicago big pharma castoffs are afraid to go against her. I don't get how investors are still letting her run the company. She is never in the office and only cares about her new ozempic body.

Should have hired Ron. He made Otezla and other cashed in off of it.

Facts:

It wasn't the commercial. Sorry Martin.
It wasn't the contracting.
It wasn't Bob senatorial campaign.

It was the sales force. They got a placebo that caused GI effects and yet they were able to drive enough volume for the PBMs to take over. The ONLY way that happens is an engaged sales force that isn't micromanaged but is lead to believe they can make a difference. Ron's culture won the day. Ron's award trips alone kept 75% of the sales force out there late.

Sorry, but all you Celgene rejects missed out on the golden goose. Without him, you are big Pharma with a product that just isn't going to make it.
