What is up with the hiring freeze for NBU?







You seem surprised. I’m not sure why. OF COURSE there will be a realignment!!!! Listen carefully to everything that is said about this. In the FIRST HALF we will be separated. “NOTHING WILL CHANGE, all you need to focus on is growing the business.”

What do you think is going to happen in the second half???? BIG CHANGES! It is obvious there are WAY too many reps. This whole Ped/Adult split was the worst decision ever. Vyvanse marketing budget has been pulled way back.

If you haven’t been here for a long time (and therefore will get a small severance) you should start looking for something. If you don’t need the job, ride it out and see what happens.

it’s the Ped Reps positions that aren’t being filled. Of course there is a re-alignment coming. If you are a Ped Rep I would be worried.
We aren’t moving the needle in Peds, Mydayis isn’t taking off like Management wanted. Things are all FUBAR at home office. They can’t even get data out. Big changes in 2nd half of 2018
 


















The important ped customers will still be taken care of. We can go back to one rep calling on the highest volume targets regardless of specialty. We have WAY too many reps. Currently calling on too many lo volume prescribers who aren’t even decision-makers. The current model is not profitable. It was ok to experiment with it, but it’s not working. We need change.
