then, you haven't paid attention to the bitching; it's all about turnover! the bitching is about what happens when a person leaves; company not filling spot so others taking over accounts; devoted threads about people who have left; what's the rate? it's a secret.

Nice try. Don't buy into this message at all. Besides, no one wants to make the same mistake a second time and it takes a while to find a good opportunity not just any job because you just want to get out. Everyone I can trust and discreetly talk to is looking.
 




































OP here. I'm asking this question because I ended up with Forest's Hospital team launching the new MRSA antibiotic. I was also the second runner up for the Cadence position. I rue the day that I missed out on Cadence because the culture at Forest is unbearable. The turnover has been about 40% since launch. No joke. What's the turnover been since launch with Cadence? I'm sure nowhere near 40%.

Sorry about your situation, but it's sucks donkey balls here as well. Turnover may not be 40%, but with time and more opportunities elsewhere it will be.

You didn't miss out on anything. It's so f'd up at Cadence. Everything is bad. So depressing here.
 












MB has huge turnover at least 5 have left or asked to leave several more left before launch pay is good but no future Few more left last week up east I'm headed out asap
 


















I question the authenticity of this post. It seems like an attempt to say we are so lucky here. I am most concerned with how unfairly Many of us are being represented by this horribly inaccurate ranking report we live by how we are ranked and good rankings are critical for new opportunities. Aside from the gifted extra hospitals reps have received under the table, there are clearly huge discrepancies in territories in terms of potential and this is not right.
