$90.99 and 5.034 TKPYY ARSs. At today's close value of $16.59, it is about $174.50.

That will change immediately once people start buying/selling the Takeda ADSs. The price could go either direction from there. But given that the Shire ADS (SHPG) is currently valued at $172.50, I'd expect the value of the TKPYY ADS to drop slightly on close. Buy you can never know.

According to the above release from Shire from today, Shire ADS won’t be delisted from NASDAQ until next week on January 9.

The $74B BMS offered for Celegene and their $12B in annual revenue today must really chap your asses huh?

I saw that. One company wanted to buy shire and it was Takeda. I’m not sure why. We’ll wait and see
