what is the future of retina here?

Retina is a "dog with flees" here. Territories are huge, no pipeline, and drugs are extremely old. Often the billing codes aren't valid anymore so impossible to reach goals.
Keep looking elsewhere.
 












so very funny. this is not a retina company. if you can't get a real job with Regeneron or Genentech, don't bother coming here. This will not help your resume. Sounds like you are trying to go to junior college so you can get into a 4 year school. The drugs here are worse than the ugly stepchild. With only 4 or 5 territories nationwide, does it answer your question?
 












I want this job badly and have interviewed. I don't care that it's not a premo company. I've read of Bausch's superior reputation in the industry. I don't have to work for the top respected company. But will doctors see me and do they need these products?

The best answer to this question lies in the territory you are interviewing for. Go see a retina doctor or two and ask your questions.
 












you're better off working in primary care. if you think you are in "specialty" working for retina here, you may as well drop off tears at an OD office or vitamins at a pediatrician. You haven't arrived.
