What is the best BU to work for at Shire?

If the Neuroscience BU is a dying breed and Opth is led by a sociopath then what is the best BU to work for at Shire? Hard to ignore the growth, expansion, and acquisition during a time when every other company is downsizing!

NBU is managed like a PC business: buying a heap of TV spots, hiring hundreds of reps, treating them like commodities. Ophta is managed by same people with same old pharma mentality. RDBU is managed like a cash cow: High prices and no long term investments and as a result is getting its ass kicked by Sanofi. The GIBU is a good place but has old drugs. Because they paid way too much for BX, rumor is that BUs will disappear. Likely crazy NBU/Ophta leaders will managed it all
