Looking to switch to AZ and wanted insight on benefits package beforehand. What is the 401k match, bonus structure, paid time off, yearly pay increase percentage and models of fleet vehicles? Thanks for your help!

Can I do your laundry or maybe take you to the grocery store too? The only thing you need to really know is that at AZ, you can easily lie and cheat your way to a 3 hour work day (or less) without any problems. In fact, we have a name for it, 'THE ALL DAY LIE". It is now firmly entrenched as an AZ tradition, and we love it! The other stuff you asked about is what you would typically see with any major, corrupt, pharma company.

Dear OP:

AZ is in the "Enterprise" years. We are all just fortunate to still be employed with this company. Whatever you get, you'll be happy with and love it.
401k: match to 6%
Bonus is based on your hiring career ladder. But you can bank on your bi-weekly pay, plus/minus $500 (pretty decent considering the all day lie)
PTO: 8-10 co holidays, 2 floater days and your vaca will depend on what you negotiate, count on 15 days to start
yearly pay increase is <2%
car is a moderate/mid-size, 4 DR sedan. Look at Enterprise, whatever you can rent for $35/day is all you'll get and it will cost you about $120/mo
